Cute gift item. It was easy to put together without reading the directions, just be careful when unpacking the arch pole because it is springy. I like that once put together, it is easily taken apart, unlike many children's things. The piano requires 4 AAA batteries that are not included. It has an option for some piano music that could be calming and help with falling asleep

I’ve had a number of activity mats and this style is by far my favorite. When babies are in the in-between stage before crawling but just starting to move their legs intentionally and lift their chest up/army crawl the standard activity mats are just less fun for them. This mat is so much more interactive and interesting for that age. Before those stages. It checks all of the boxes as well. There are extra loops around the perimeters so you can use your own toys or the ones provided to change things up for your baby. The coinceront plastic loops are smooth and actually “lock” so your child can’t accidentally unattached and bop their head. The toys are very basic - a single color for each one, all stars, with a moving circle in the center that’s like a rattle. I wish their was more variety in the toys, but the colors are soft and they are well made. The duel purpose is really nice with the light/sound part (with OPTIONAL SOUND - hooray!!) so you can attach to a crib or pumpkin seat/stroller. The ability to use your phone to control is super cool and a really nice feature if you plan to use so you can multi task around the house (in my case, it’s while I’m making dinner).

I ordered this activity mat for my nearly 3 month old infant. He is not yet spending his days on his tummy and I needed something that would be able to entertain him on his back and also grow with him. This mat is perfect. The black and white provides contrast for him to look at and he absolutely loves kicking the piano keys. The tunes played on the piano are catchy, and I always encourage him to kick more. I love the mirror on the arch that spans over his head! However, the other hanging toys are not very engaging and could be better with more shapes or soft toys on the end of the chains. Still, this is a good product, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I got this for my daughter right as she was kind of rolling out of this stage, but I had wanted it for a while and she was the proper age. I love the colors of this, they're very eye-catching to this age group. My daughter was one that you couldn't lay down on the floor, she always had to be held or seriously distracted once she was on the floor doing tummy time/back time. This helped! This kept her distracted. And a brand like this, you can't go wrong, they're one to be trusted.

This is such a great product, light weight to move around easily and versatile. My baby enjoys this for laying on his back, side or tummy time. The options for listening, learning and colors and music is great. Now that my baby is interacting more, there are so many options for use. Easy to install and adjust as needed too.

This play may has been great. My daughter is barely learning to reach up and grasp the hanging toys (currently almost 4 months), but she still interacts with it pretty well. Looovveee the piano, even if it plays the same songs over and over. I currently have all the songs playing on repeat in my mind lol The popular Purple Monkey song hits you right in the feels! It has two volume levels, which is nice. The mat is good quality and the design is very cute. I wish the mat itself was thicker, though. It was very easy to put together and remains pretty stable. It’s pretty comfortable for my baby to lay on, except because the mat isn’t too thick we have to set it up in her pack-n-play bassinet or on the bed.
