Some of the moveable pieces did not move as easily as I would have hoped for a book for babies and toddlers. What I do like is that the book is soft fabric and none of the pieces are detachable. This makes it safe for a young child to use and there are no choking hazards. I also like the no detachable pieces because it means they can’t get lost. It keeps everything together. Despite the fact that a few pieces didn’t move as I had hoped, my nephew, who I got this for, really liked it! He is 1.5 years old and enjoys looking at the book, turning the pages, and playing with the pieces. Overall I feel it is successful especially for the price.
