It has the perfect variety of shapes, which is great for stimulating young minds. It is also color-coded, and its grip/handle is comfortable. This stimulates their brains intellectually (geometry and colors) and fine-tines those fine-motor skills. I'd recommend this to all parents.

My toddler is 2 years old and I thought this would be great for her. She knows some of her shapes but this one gave her a little more challenge since instead of “Circle”, It reads “Circular”, instead of “Rectangle”, it reads “Rectangular”. So it is a little different but I think still great! This puzzle is not heavy it is very lightweight and easy for a child to carry. This is a great leaning puzzle for tots!

This is another nice wooden puzzle with very colorful letters. As you can see by the photos, each letter has a sturdy post which makes it easy for a toddler to hold on to and a good way for them to practice their hand - eye coordination and finger dexterity. It's well suited for a variety of age groups. Younger children can enjoy this puzzle as they learn their colors and letters. With the dotted lines on each of the letters, older children can practice learning to write each letter on paper. The letters can also be used to spell simple words, match similar colors together, etc. Although the wood is not as thick as another name brand puzzle, it is very sturdy, well made, about half the price and will provide hours of learning and playtime fun.

My toddler loves this! It’s super light weight but sturdy at the same time. I would definitely get it if your toddler is starting to learn colors and numbers

My students absolutely love this puzzle the only thing I find off about it is 1. Instead of saying circle it says round. 2. The picture for number 3 is a bit strange as it doesn't really look like a fruit but looks like a butt or a heart. Other than that it's great.

I ordered this puzzle because I liked that it had the number 10 on it and for the shapes, things not found in our other puzzles. The wood is a little thin, but still sturdy enough. The hexagon and circle are purple, not blue as pictured. My biggest complaint is that the word under the circle is ‘round’ rather than the shape name. Usually, a child learning their shapes and simple puzzles isn’t going to need to read the word, though, so you can just say ‘circle’ while completing it with them. The 6 and 9 can be flipped and placed in each other’s spaces, but that isn’t a huge deal either. The pieces fit well without being too loose or tight. It’s a decent puzzle.

It's cute. It's a lot lighter weight than other, similar puzzles we've had before. As of right now that's not a bad thing but I do worry how it might impact its long-term durability. The colors are vibrant, the pieces go in and out easily, I thought the calling the semi-circle "half round" was odd, though. Edges could maybe have been sanded down a bit more but as of right now won't be giving anybody a splinter. As long as the board and the coloring hold up I will be overall happy with this puzzle.

The puzzle is a bit smaller than I expected and also the quality of the wooden board is kinda cheap & thin. It does what it's needed to do but it does feel cheap and thin. Other than that my daughter uses and likes it to learn her alphabet.

Loving the puzzle with pegs! I use this with my kiddos in class that are around 18 months and it is much easier for them to pick up than regular pieces due to the pegs! I highly recommend and love the colors and different shapes.

The fruit were painted in beautiful colors, knobs are just the right size for toddlers. The wood frame was thinner than other similar puzzles we have, barely over 1/4 " thick, but will work for us. One trend with toddler puzzles unlike years ago is painting the image onto the board, so basically the child is matching a picture to another picture rather than matching based on shape and size, which kind of defeats the purpose of the puzzle in my opinion. I will paint over the pictures on the board so that my 2-year-old grandchild will learn to make her decision based on the shape and size of the piece rather than simply matching pictures, more like when she starts learning to distinguish the shapes and sizes of letters and numbers.

This is a great way to make learning numbers fun for your toddler! I love how each number has dotted lines on it showing how to write that number, it’s an added bonus that most of the puzzles I looked at didn’t have. Only downside is the wood the puzzle is made out of is pretty thin, but it’s still held up so far.
